In her practice, Dr. Louden embraces the naturopathic philosophy of addressing the root causes of health challenges while empowering the body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance. She stays active through running, weight training, biking, and hiking—activities that align with the healthy habits she encourages her patients to embrace. In her free time, she loves to hike, cook, travel, and read. As a founding partner of Bloom, she is deeply appreciative of the incredible support team that makes the practice thrive and takes pride in working alongside Dr. Hunter and Dr. Terrion, both of whom are dedicated and talented physicians.
